Only 3 months left until the technical handover
Construction at Samuel Garden continues to progress at a steady pace, keeping the project on track for the technical handover of the apartments to take place in December this year. The building is also increasingly taking on its final appearance from the outside: façade insulation works are ongoing, external windows and doors are being installed floor by floor, and the brick cladding on the rear façade has now been fully completed. On the street-facing side, brickwork has reached the 5th floor, while all balcony railings at the rear of the building are already in place.
The elevator is already in place
Inside, the different trades are moving upwards level by level, with more and more apartments approaching completion. On the 1st and 2nd floors, wall and floor finishes have been completed, internal doors and sanitary fittings have been installed, and mechanical systems are currently being fitted out. Flooring works are underway on the 3rd floor, tiling has been completed on the 4th, painters are working on the 5th, plastering is finished on the 6th, and works on the 7th floor started this week. The common areas are also taking shape: the lift has already been installed, and tiling works are in progress in the entrance corridor. According to the current schedule, interior works in all apartments are expected to be completed by November.

Those who would like to see the progress in person are welcome to join us at the Samuel Garden Open Day on 23 September, where visitors can explore the current stage of construction as well as our fully completed and furnished show apartment. We will also guide guests through the building, offering a closer look at how the apartments and shared spaces are coming together. For those unable to attend the Open Day, individual site visits can also be arranged in advance.
